>From a quick look at the data, Russell Brown is an outlier because
he's hosted the Burns Supper, which is usually hosted by Eleanor
Laing. Eleanor Laing is a Scottish-born Tory MP who appears to like
hosting suppers (4th Jul Dining Club, WATP Dinner); Russell Brown is a
Scottish Labour MP. So I don't think that's interesting.

Tory MP Richard Page appears in a cluster of Labour MPs because he is
linked to Labour MP Douglas Daysmith by an apparent interest in
something called the "P & S Committee". I don't know what that is,
and haven't found any reference to it on the web.
