Hi Ringo, As Matthew says, you'll need to use the version from git, not the tarball.
It will take a few weeks of work to convert the WhatDoTheyKnow codebase properly to a new jurisdiction. It would take about 6-12 months of work to rewrite. We're happy to help with the conversion, but you'll need to talk to us first, and pay us money to do it.
