The first is Labour, the second and third are the National Front. It should be 6 always to get Labour data - so it's just the ID being given on the HTML page to link to the XML that is the wrong ID.
Is the site's internal database using a different ID (155 vs 6)?
Yes, looking at 6.xml it says that 155 is the internal ID, and 6 is the Electoral Commission ID.
