Ooh. It says the guy drew them from scratch (somehow), which means they should always have been legitimate.

David - OS OpenData Boundary-Line has the current parliamentary constituencies (before this coming election) in Shapefile format, but it won't have the new boundaries on it until its next release (May 2010, I believe).
