Why does it require sign in before you can see the data? Is it a legal or a business reason?
The big big loss in requiring login, is you will lose any hits from search engines for the names of people and companies. If you possibly can take it off, I'd advise you to do it now, or someone else will later and you'll lose the space. Well done on making the data that you have available. A really good step.
