As far as I can see, CL26 means it has been corrected, not that it needs
correcting:

"Notification change codes are used to indicate the reason for a change
made to a council tax valuation list entry. Code CL26 is used where the
list entry is amended to correct an inaccuracy."

What if the correction is not in your favour? Presumably it should send
you through to your council site to pay the correct amount you should
have been paying?
