Surely it's a derived work? Sauce:goose::sauce:gander. But I take your point. 
I've set it to "other" and reiterated that the source is PA in the commit log 
(as well as the description).

Anyway, just noticed that I need to flush the datastore having changed it to 
lstrip the constituency names and make the parties keys rather than values. 
And then I decided to improve something, and broke it, and so on. Operational 
now.
