I'm moving my message over to
http://groups.google.com/group/cvn-developers (once
I get it working).

But just to finish it here - not tellers (I hate them - should be banned)
who stand outside the polling stations. It is the party 'observers' at the
count who watch the votes emptied out the box and batched up by the counters
(just to count the number in the box) as this is done the observers can see
where the x's are place and tally up the votes from that box (maybe just a
sample).

As boxes come from specific known polling stations, it means the big parties
with lots of observers can check support by polling district -- so the big
parties know more about where my support came from than I do...

So over to cvn-developers!

Cheers

Paul
