It would be great to get a positive response from PA. In the meantime I have taken the matter up with the government directly since it seems a glaring oversight that this data isn't part of one of their open data initiatives and with the spotlight on democracy and transparency, it really is something that should be addressed as a matter of urgency - if we don't get it sorted now, the next election will be upon us before anyone thinks of it again... I'll pass on the response if I get a useful one.
