Has the parser broken down?
The parser has, up until now, used this page to work out what to
scrape/parse: http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm/cmhansrd.htm
That page's latest information is still 8th April; they are now using
http://www.parliament.uk/business/publications/hansard/commons/by-date/
and have stopped updating that other page, so from the parser's point of
view there is no new information (note new Scotland and NI are still
appearing fine). I'm hoping to get this fixed today, sorry for the
inconvenience.
