I'm the author of the app. Sorry it's being elusive! It's definitely on the Market - I can find it on my device. The only explicit restriction I put on it is that it's for Android 1.5 and up. However, there might be implicit Google-imposed restrictions (e.g. to do with device screen size) that I should fix. What's your handset, and your version of Android?
