So now people are noticing that there are fun and games with the
referendum leaflet situation. We did all the rounds of the different
possible funders last year including media organizations telling them
this was going to happen, but no one was interested, were they?
Goddamit.

Anyways we're in the process (Ross specifically) of migrating the site
to django this week (hopefully Monday), which means it can start
absorbing desperately needed features (eg a slot for referendum
handling). When that's done, what are the options for getting the
word out?

I can promise that there will zero support from the normal media
channels. Though they I will get phone calls when something turns up
against the odds, they will not understand that they need to take some
part in getting the input.

Julian.
