Hello all, As you might be aware, FixMyTransport is nearing launch - we're all set for the end of July. Between then and now, there will be loads of opportunity to get involved, should you so wish. Whether you're technical or non-technical, it doesn't matter: we need you all. :)

In a nutshell, it will attempt to do for public transport what FixMyStreet does for street issues: make it exceptionally easy for anyone to report problems; send those reports to the right people; and hopefully get a whole load of them fixed. BUT! In order to make the site work at its optimum, we need to make sure that we have the correct email addresses for all the operators in the country. Several of you have already been a great help in this respect. We have contact details for operators of approximately 50% of the routes in the UK; pretty good going, but obviously we'd like to see that number rise to 100%. So, if you can spare a few minutes we'd really appreciate you visiting this spreadsheet and filling in customer services email addresses of any operators which are missing them (and other details, but the email addresses are of primary importance). *Spreadsheet: http://bit.ly/kdzrTd* Those who helped in the first iteration, please note that although this sheet looks different, your details have been retained and indeed have been extremely useful as we build the site.
