I wasn't aware of the open letter published by Public Whip:

is aware of the imminent closure of the website and has proposed an
Early Day Motion to highlight the issue, maybe it will get some results?
Who currently runs Public Whip, and what's the issue regarding its
continuation? The open letter doesn't really address that at all.
There's a group of volunteers who maintain the code (which is available
on Github[1] if anyone wants to get involved), and there's a server
which hosts the site - I'm not sure how that is paid for but again
there's a small group who have access to maintain/update it.
Francis or Julian can probably explain the issue regarding continuation
better than I can.
