You might want to keep an eye on www.britainvotes.blogspot.com; in the 2010
General Election, and in this year's Welsh Assembly, Scottish Parliament and
Northern Irish Assembly elections they did a constituency and
region-by-region breakdown, with candidate info and past election results,
along with forecasts based on the available info. They also do weekly
coverage, including previews, results and a live-chat of every local council
by-election (usually on a Thursday). They're also worth a follow on Twitter
(@BritainVotes). Although a couple of the guys running the site are active
in the LibDems and Greens, they are completely unbiased and just present the
facts along with "educated guess" forecasts.
