Yes - it's 2010-2012 because there is a single long session of
Parliament from autumn 2010 right through to 2012: there won't be
another opening of Parliament, and therefore another Queen's Speech,
till 2012.  Apparently it's to do with the changes to fixed-term
parliaments.
