[mySociety:public] regional MSPs not always returned on getMSP

Could anyone explain why

If you go directly to the theyworkforyou web page, you get all the MSPs 
for EH55 8LH

http://www.writetothem.com/who?pc=EH55+8LH

but using the API

http://www.theyworkforyou.com/api/getMSP?output=xml&key=00&postcode=EH55+8LH 
<http://www.theyworkforyou.com/api/getMSP?output=xml&key=BeRwCCEyNTGyDTMVFzCW2fXe&postcode=EH55+8LH   
returns one MSP, I would expect regional MSPs.

http://www.theyworkforyou.com/api/getMSP?output=xml&key=00&postcode=EH3+5PS 
<http://www.theyworkforyou.com/api/getMSP?output=xml&key=BeRwCCEyNTGyDTMVFzCW2fXe&postcode=EH3+5PS  
returns several MSPs i.e. works as expected.

I have taken out my api key!

I have checked the archive (well at least site searched the archives 
with google).
