Hi all,

The OXIS study is the gold standard for basic 'who uses the internet
in the UK' data. It's not sexy, but it's a rich resource to answer
questions like "How many people are online?" and "What sorts of things
do British people use the internet for?"

I'm writing because I note that the first update in two years has just
been released:

http://www.oii.ox.ac.uk/publications/oxis2011_report.pdf

I can see this being handy for all sorts of people on this list. If
anyone finds anything notable, can they post it here, please?

best,

Tom
