I was under the impression that groups like 38 degrees sent correspondence to MPs' constituency address. We plan to send one package to each MP that has been requested by one of their constituents. So each pack will be clearly addressed to a single MP, and send on behalf of a constituent. Fortunately I think that this should not breach any of Parliament's guidelines.
