I had a postcode which was changed, because of a high user. the high
user has now moved away. Anyone know if I can get the old postcode
back, as some folk still use it from old address books?

Hi there,
Just found that postcode TW1 3PH does not seem to be in mapit
database: http://mapit.mysociety.org/postcode/tw13ph
But it looks like it is a valid location:
http://www.londontown.com/LondonPC/tw13ph.html/
Google maps does not seem to find the location as well, so I am
wondering whether this is a valid post code at all
It used to be a valid postcode, but it was deactivated in 2004.
Presumably the website you reference has got an out of data database.
