Joe Ury (of Bailii) has just emailed me that he has put the decision up: http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWCA/Crim/2012/973.html Killing someone with a motor vehicle will usually not be deliberate (if you are proved to have deliberately run someone down and killed them you are going to suffer much more serious consequences). -- Francis Davey
