I've been asked if I'd be interested in creating a web presence for a parish council, which as yet is still in the era of paper, phone calls, and cc-ed emails.
My immediate thought was to use just a vanilla WordPress install, but I wondered: is there a popular package or platform out there for Parish Council websites, that deals with DDA compliance out of the box, has a set of ready made pages and functions that PCs usually need, and hopefully is also free?
