It could be, if wanted. Due to the (simple) process used to gather this data, 
no person identifiers were used, so it would be a further step to perform the 
one-off matching. (Some Conservative ones are basically done due to the 
TheyWorkForYou photo being used in their cases.) SayIt can store identifiers 
for people (among other things), enabling linking with TheyWorkForYou IDs, 
PopIt identifiers, Wikipedia URLs, etc. SayIt doesn't currently have a speaker 
export function (either individually or bulk) which would be needed to provide 
the metadata, though perhaps speaker identifiers could potentially be output 
within the HTML speaker pages.
