This is very hard question but for most of the fence agent there should be no 
differences and they should work on both rhel6/rhel7. We try to avoid some 
construction so agents will work correctly also with older python. But we do 
not have ‘work with RHELx’ attribute as a criterium for acceptance to 
upstream/master branch
