Subject: [drupal-devel] help system improvements
I just committed a patch to CVS that implements some discussed help system
improvements. Credits go to Michael Frankowski. The patch moves all help
to the help() hook which should make it easier to maintain and (later)
translate Drupal's documentation. In addition we can now evaluate whether
we can:
1. eliminate the system hook.
2. implement "compose_tips" without having to introduce a new
hook.
3. get rid of the "distributed authentication help" hook.
This patch is likely to have impact on the modules in the contributions
directory.
