No need for that either. Nadia can call the vote UNLESS it concerns a contribution application. Due to the possible licensing issues it may be an idea to make this a contributions application. If it is no problem to place it in applications I would not mind to place it their either, just right now I can't judge whether that would stir up trouble. Note that I don't think that is a problem if it requires changes in the core to provide hooks for the new system - as long as those hooks do not require the GPL software. I will await Gerard's decision on what is possible, and will then decide on how to resume the vote. I ask people to not speculate too much until I (as the vote manager) have resolved this.
