From the 5th point in the installation guide at the MMBase website: http://www.mmbase.org/attachment.db/quickstart.html?7568 5. Edit transactionhandler.xml in your MMBase modules config directory, so that its status is set to "active" and its classfile to "org.mmbase.applications.xmlimporter.TransactionHandler". It was set to 'org.mmbase.module.TransactionHandler'.
