CALL FOR: New 'scripts' module
Moving the 'scripts' directory from the mmbase module to a module for it own. If possible I will try to do this with changes in CVSROOT/modules, to make sure the CVS history stays accurate. If not, I will actually perform it by cvs delete and cvs add commands.
