improvements to MMOracle to make it into 1.6.

Currently, I can't commit my changes as long as we haven't solved this
issue.

Adapting the build script as I suggested, seems the obvious solution for
now.
Let the releaseteam decide on this then.

I think this is a bugfix that can be checked in, because I'd like to see a good support for Oracle.

The only problem is, that the person who makes the final release (thought would be me), must have all the libraries (informix-jdbc, oracle-jdbc).
Or we have to agree on the fact that the bin dist doesn't have oracle and informix support, the people who need this, have to use the source-dist.
But I'd like to see the bin-dist as complete as possible, so if somebody can sent me the oracle jdbc drivers, I'm ok with including this bugfix in the upcoming release.
In the future we can think of another way of distributing database support packages.
