This is done by restricting access privileges granted to the mmbase user in
the database.
The details of how to do this vary accross database vendors, e.g. for MySQL
this is done using the GRANT and REVOKE syntax.

This way the access restriction is enforced by the database instead of by
MMBase, wich makes it more robuust.
