maxFileSize in HttpPost

Hi developers,

In HttpPost there is a variable that defines the length of files that can be uploaded.
It should be nice if you are able to configure this variable.
The big question is where to configure such variables, because util classes are not really having configuration files.

I would suggest to put this variable in the mmbaseroot.xml configuration file, but what do you think about it ?
