CALLS FOR: remove java file PoolBuilder.java

Both changes should be made in 1.7, imo, not 1.6 (otherwise my vote will be 0 (ABSTAIN) for Teaser and -1 (NAY) for PoolBuilder.
Note that if we drop PoolBuilder people with older configurations need change their xml config or MMBase will crash. This can cause some frustrations.
