It's confusing to have two concurrent votes with overlapping subjects like
this, I have to post these remarks in two threads now...
Anyway. I think the "requires" element should have additional attributes to
identify the required application, e.g.:
<requires name="Basic" maintainer="mmbase.org" version="1" />
Name and maintainer should be required, version may be optional, where
omitted would mean: latest version available.
