I think we hace discussed this. Adding the paramter was a good thing. but not requireing it is bad because otherwise there are 2 way's of defining a builders name the xml file name and the name attribute. as far as i remember we decied to take actions (this is one of them) I am willing to provide a automatic conversion of 1.1 builder to the new format. I don't think we want yet an other dtd version the current dtd i personaly am not happy with the current format anyway.
