This would, in time, allow for database transactions and recovery to be used
when committing MMbase transactions.
For this to happen, we first have to get rid of the support classes though,
as this necessates changes in the core regarding (explicit) use of storage
functionality.
Can't this be a demand for versioning in MMBase? Other wise you'd have
to keep the connection open for the time you are working on this
transaction?
