[vote info zapped] Just to make clear how i see the vote, the new email builder will be made as a application (by request of many) will be added to 1.7 (end of the week in cvs) but since its a application it will be tested against 1.6.x and can be used as a sepr. download and install for both 1.6.x and 1.7 install info will be provided.
