I think the duplicate is the builder 'community' and the application 'Community'. The unique key is a bit silly made in versions, because it should obviously be a combination of type and name and not only name (and it should also be case sensitive). It suprizes me a bit that this issue still is around in 1.6.3, it came up months ago. Doing something with the uniquity of the versions fields, or rename the application, would perhaps work?
