By the way, there is another solution for the same issue, and that is the 
'templatesdir' (?)
parameter. Then you can centralize your xml's without the need to place them in the 
wizard dirs
itself or in the cwd.

This templatesdir is then added as an extra base dir for resolving. I created it once 
for flax, I think.
