You need the file:

org/mmbase/module/builders/ConvertImageMagick.java

The function getConvertCommand will ensure that convert is fed with UTF-8,
and the function convert, starts the launcher and so on.

You can test it with mmexamples/codings. Currently the image on the pages
are broken, which I did not yet explore yet.

I'm not holding you back to give it a try to fix it after all :-)
