Look at modified method on purchTable form, purchLine datasource, purchQty field.
Execude this code to reduce the qty on oldPurchLine. Create one more purchline from old purchline and put the reduced quantity of old purchLine on it.
You create a dialog to enter the split quantity like the one which is there to split production orders.
