Incidentally why are u extending the report run class? If you dont want to use the standard functionality?

hi

you will have to override the initfromargs in your new class.

look at some standard report classes like customer account statement etc.

Subject: [development-axapta] Disable Report Range

Hi all,

Please help me do this. I have given an example below.

When you try to print the account statement the first dialog opens (below)

In this dialog box i dont want that bank account field(marked red) to be active or displayed (I only need the opening and closing fields).I dont what the select button also. This field as far as i understood is taken from the range that you give in the datasource of the report. If i delete that range its takes some other auto ranges and display there.

That is the example scenario.

The same thinng i have to do it in my own report. But it always takes some default fields and display. Could anyone tell me which method i have to override in my class to disable this. I have my class extending runbasereport class.

Please tell me a solution for this.

Regards

AKS.
