Hi All...

I have a customer that needs to create credit notes when the selling price to the customer was wrong ... In other words the quantities were right but I sold it with the wrong cost(selling price $100, but it should've been $80)... Initial thinking will be to create a transaction in the customer modules to give the customer a credit for $20 and cancel that with the original invoice so the invoice balance is only $80, but the issue is that the original invoice still says that my product was sold at $100 so all my selling stats are wrong even if my customer's account is correct...

Does anyone knows how to do this,,,

Thanks and regards

Peter

I've tried it with my installation (Axapta 3.0 SP2) and it works fine. Maybe you have to restart the com connector after setting up for tracing. Also close the browser to get a new cooky. I used a webuser named "test" mapped to user "admin" and set the trancing for user admin.

The user is set up for tracing.  If I log in to the Axapta client, then
Axapta will log long running queries for that user.  It is only when the
user is logged in through the COM Connector that the tracing does not work.

Any other thoughts?

Does normal tracing work properly under your COM Connector? Keep in mind
that the web user is mapped against an normal axapta user. This user must be
set up for tracing.

I hope this helps

We are using the COM Connector while running Axapta 2.5 SP3.  I have been
unable to trace long running queries for the userId logged in under COM+.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks
