I've double checked and there's no reservation, no registration, no markup. I've tried to make a reservation for it but can't 'cause the quantity available for sales is 0. I should tell you that another problem with this line is that we've been able to save it with only a batchId and no inventlocationId or wMSLocationId. So the quantity is like floating in a batch located nowhere. Anyway, because of this we can't validate the line because is says that I must fill inventLocation and wMSLocation. But I can't do that cause it tries to move from (nowhere, nowhere) to (someInventLocation, someWMSLocation) and it can't because of the "negative quantity" posted earlier.
If you have some other idea, feel free to send. Otherwise I'll phone our consultant and see what he can do about it and hopefully I'll know what to do next time.

well its because you dont allow negative stock for the item I guess so the
easiest is to change that and oyu can delete but then supposedly you have
negative stock status for the item so this is probably not a good enough
answer....so read on... :).
I think maybe some other issue trans has made reservation against this line,
check the reservation and remove it if there is, then you should be able to
delete . This is a little bit of a problem in Ax as journal lines appear as
ordered and so can be reserved against if you allow 'Reserve ordered' (stock
parameter setting).
