Hi
Not sure if this will work, but its a good idea... probably...... I
think.... oh, just try it...
Export all your elements that use the extended datatype.
You now have a plain txt-file, use notepads find'n'replace
Import the elements.
Hope it helps you.....

development-axapt [development-axapta] Extended Data
[EMAIL PROTECTED] Types
Hi EveryOne,
Assuming that;
I have created my extended data types ( and/or base enums ),
I have created Database Tables, Jobs, Classes, Forms ...
Then I wanted to change either one my types' name or my enumeration
elements'.
How can i ( if i am able to ) update all jobs, classes etc. as a batch
process?
( no matter what the time period needed is )
The thing needed is an advanced style of "Find And Replace".
