Signatures are stored as files under %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures, which is where Outlook retrieves them.  I do not believe there is a MAPI function to include signatures, but you can enumerate this directory, and let the user select a signature (.txt) that you can then open as a text file and include in the e-mail before creating/sending it.

I must admit I haven't looked to much at it.  Check out Office Developer Centre on MSDN.

Does anyone know a solution?

The problem seems to occur only in the trading module if you try
to send e.g. a receipt to an email recipient.
In all other modules the outlook signature seems to be considered.

Of course we could implement a private signature, but if somebody knows
we would prefer to use the standard functionality, which is likely
having to be corrected.

I'm sorry, but I gave up to find the solution.
The customer would rather create a signature in Axapta as well, than pay me to find out how to use the signature from Outlook.

Hi,

Is it possible to use the default signature in Outlook when sending reports on email from Axapta? I use the sysOutlook-classes to create the email, but I can't find a way to include the signature. Does anyone know any method(s) that can help me?
