The file is used for storing information regarding the users logged on
to Axapta.
Is is used in the form online users and among other things keeps track
of how many users are currently logged on to Axapta.
It is a readonly file and should be excluded from the backup procedure
as it always results in an error.
Yopu can delete is as you like when no users are logged into Axapta
(remember the AOS)
