We have a creative solution for the exact same problem. We have a font in which each character in the font is an employee's signature. We set the report to use this font for the signature. We then added a field "emplSigCharacter" to our employee table, and each employee gets a character. Then when we print a report requiring their signature, and we are using their font, we just merge in "emplTable.emplSigCharacter".

Have all the signatures in bitmap, the problem how do i insert them in the field bitmap??? Do I have to make them a Resource...How do I do it??
Is there an easier way ???
