recordlevelsecurity is set at user group level so go to recordlevelsecurity and select user group and then the table for inventonhand(InventSum) and then click on query button and select dimension no there give the dimension number of the warehouse that u want to give access to that user group. Now all the users of that user group can not see the other warehouses create one more line with same usergroup and select the table inventlocation and in query give the warehouses u want to give access
