Can anyone help me with these problems? A little backround. My company is a manufacturer of liquid consumables. We have been implementing AX 4.0 for two years now. Our computer "guru" is doing the best he can. I work in the system for inventory purposes (cycle counting), receive P.O.'s and I also help with our production scheduling. Here is question one:
1). Is there any way possible to simply get a printout of all our sales orders, transfer orders and our safety stock from the Master Plan? Currently I regenerate the master plan after productions post their orders into the system. The tedius part for me is jumping back and forth from AX to an Excel spreadsheet, copying and pasting from each item number, the pegging section below which show our S.O.#'s, T.O.#'s, customers name, etc, then I highlight these, and paste to Excel. There has got to be a better way isn't there? PLEASE HELP ME! 2). What is easiest and best way to create low product on hand ALERT for any product, weather it be a finished good or a raw material?
