Hi,

Since your new form is open form sales order, it should know which
sales order is currently selected. From there, let the user select
which txt he needs and when he press "Ok" create a new DocuRef record
with the correct Ref* field and and the text selected by the user
in "Notes" field.

regards,

Steeve
